What makes Rompetrol special to you?

My entire professional career is defined by Rompetrol. In almost 11 years, I learned to understand what a corporation means, to evolve, to want more, to enjoy results, not to be discouraged if I encounter obstacles and especially, to never stop!

What fuels your drive?

First of all I think the industry. The dynamics that change the quotations and the market. I am motivated by my job, to "mitigate the risks", to find and propose solutions. And these solutions that we propose, together with my team, have a significant impact on the Group's results. And last but not least, I am motivated by the successful people in the company, hardworking people who perform.

What do you like most about your team?

My team is the coolest team in the company. A young, dynamic and hardworking team. I am motivated by their drive and by their desire to perform and evolve.

Which is your biggest achievement in Rompetrol so far?

The chance to join the great Rompetrol team and to be part of the Risk Management department. I can say that I grew and developed together with the department, with each new project implemented, with each number in excel, with hundreds, even thousands of reports made and revised. All this journey helped me get here, in the position of Director of the department.

Which is your key personality trait that helps you overcome hardships and challenges?

I am a well-balanced individual and I always weigh equally, both the risks and the opportunities, before making an important decision. Also, in key moments I never react on impulse. After all, there are always solutions and alternatives, we just have to have our eyes opened.
