The People. The opportunity to create and manage new and interesting projects.

What do you like most about your team?

I like that my team promotes the human approach inside and outside the team and that we support each other. It’s funny because we are developing robots that are automating the processes.

Which is your biggest achievement in Rompetrol so far?

If I have to mention only one is that I have implemented the recruitment module in SAP Success Factors.
