What fuels your drive?

The fact that it is an international company, in continuous development, motivates me and gives me a sense of security. Moreover, I have a sense of accomplishment, knowing that I have brought added value to the development of the company in all these years of work. Enthusiasm and performance of my team and the fact that every day is a challenge, which brings me new experiences.

What do you like most about your team?

The fact that I can feel free and honest with my team and manager. We have a very opened work environment that allows to express our opinions & ideas freely.

Which is your biggest achievement in Rompetrol so far?

I came in Rompetrol by winning a competition. I started the internship program in HR department and after my internship, I was promoted to Category Specialist position in the Shop Department. I like taking part in organizing company corporate events and I think I brought value added to our corporate culture. The idea of being all of us together, fuels me more than professional achievements.

Which is your key personality trait that helps you overcome hardships and challenges?

Great communication skills, positive mindset and self-confidence. These traits helped me to overcome hardships and challenges during my work experience.
