Thus, we are seeking a partner interested in a long-term off-take agreement for green hydrogen derived from renewable non-biological sources.

You are expected to finance, design, construct, and operate an electrolyzer plant near or on the premises of the Petromidia Refinery, powered by renewable sources. The green hydrogen produced will be delivered via pipeline to Petromidia Refinery.
The plant's design capacity is estimated to be at least 11,000 tons of green hydrogen per year, requiring a renewable electrical power supply of approximately 75MW. Power supply shall be secured by you as well.
We would supply water (treated & untreated), offer you land at the refinery, secure entering into long-term off-take agreement and may explore developing a 40MW solar park to partially support the project with renewable energy.
