Today KMG International N.V. and CEFC China Energy Company Limited have finalized the take-over of 51% shares in Dyneff group of companies, which owns assets and runs fuel trading and distribution operations in France and Spain. KMG International continues to hold a 49% participation share in Dyneff.

The objective of KMGI and CEFC is for Dyneff to become a development platform in Western Europe, benefiting from extended access towards sources of supply and from shareholders’ strategic support necessary for continuing and expanding its operations in the energy sector.

The two shareholders will ensure that Dyneff will maintain its commercial and financial commitments in front of its business and financing partners.

The company has evolved from an oil products distributor to an energy supplier in a number of fields. In July this year, Dyneff obtained the license of a natural gas supplier for individuals and companies in France.
Dyneff is one of the largest fuel distributors in the South France. Every year the company is delivering about 2.5 million cubic meters of oil products through its three major distribution channels in France and Spain: 100 gas filling stations under Dyneff and Rompetrol brands, 14 commercial agencies and a storage capacity totaling approximately 380,000 cubic meters.
