KMG International (Rompetrol) launched the recruitment campaign for the training program for students and graduates in the technical field aiming at a career in the energy industry.
With a new visual identity since last year, the program Together We Grow, has a tradition of 23 years and is intended to identify and attract candidates with potential to occupy the roles available within the companies of the Group.
The Traineeship program is mainly addressed to students in their final years, masters or those who are in the process of graduating or have graduated the specializations: ,,Oil Processing Technology and Petrochemistry’’, ,,Oil and Gas Engineering’’, ,,Energetics’’, ,,Electrical Engineering’’.
During a period of 2 months (August and September), the participants in the program, together with their mentors, will deepen the theoretical knowledge accumulated during their university studies and will develop practical skills that will help them at the beginning of their careers.
Approximately 70 mentors from the companies of the KMG International Group will be with the students to give them all the information necessary to familiarize themselves with the activities and operations of the companies in the group.
Starting from the first edition of the program in 2001, called ,, Our house as a flower’’ over 1,700 graduates have participated in the traineeship programs and more than half of them have become our colleagues. Last year, for example, out of the 100 participants in the program, 44 candidates were selected to start their professional career in the various areas of activity of the companies within the Group.
