The Rompetrol Group, through its national program of social responsibility – “Impreuna pentru fiecare” (Together for Each and everyone) has supported the foundation of the first respiratory rehabilitation center, within the Pneumophtisiology Hospital Constanta, which aims to service the South-East regions of the country. The total value of the works that have been realized with Rompetrol’s support constitutes 100.000 RON. 
" We have been supporting the community in Constanta for many years, one of the areas where Rompetrol has extensive operations, the refinery, gas stations and over 3,500 employees. Our commitment to this area is a long-term one, and it is manifested by large, sustainable projects, as this one within the Pneumology Hospital, for the benefit of a large number of people" said Azamat Zhangulov, Senior Vice President of TRG. 
The direct beneficiaries are people with severe respiratory diseases, meeting the requirements for participating in a recuperation program from Constanta region (over 100 only in 2013) and the bordering regions, located in the SE of the country. 
The setup of the respiratory recuperation unit was fulfilled during September 2013 – January 2014 and included the restoration of the disused attic and partitioning of the existing space. Thus, there were setup physiotherapy rooms, bathrooms, surgeries furnished with the medical furniture and special equipment: ergonomic bicycles, run track, multifunctional devices, sets of dumb-bells, etc. 
The hospital’s staff contributed to the implementation of the project on a voluntary basis (over 20 employees), supported by architects and Constanta Regional Council, as an institutional partner of the project. 
“It is considered that there are over 1 million patients in Romania with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and just as much with asthma. Today, the medicinal treatment is not enough anymore for the patients that suffer from respiratory failure. The patient needs complex and progressive methods that would aim the relief of clinical condition and the entire physical condition of the patient suffering from obstructive diseases. By collaborating with Rompetrol and by completing the project for the hospital’s benefit, we offer a better life to the patience with chronic respiratory diseases, that are welcome to our physiotherapy rooms, that are equipped with specific equipment” said Hospital’s Manager Dr. Erdin Borgazi.
The target of The Rompetrol Group and Hospice Casa Speranţei partnership was one of the 16 CSR projects, in the field of health and environment protection, selected for implementation in 2013, out of a total number of 218 applications received on the website of the program “Together for each and everyone”. 
Throughout the recent 5 years, there have been implemented community programs worth over 150,000 Euro, in Constanta, some of these projects are – rehabilitation of training centers for extraction and formation of emergency medical assistants within the Palas fire brigade, provision of the equipment for the first school dentist’s room in Navodari, provision of solar batteries to the school Grigore Moisil in Navodari, etc.

The social responsibility program, began in 2009, is destined for the development and involvement of the local communities through initiation, support and performing of projects related to health and environment protection. Since the debut of “Together for Everybody”, from 2009 till 2013, the company has earmarked more than 1,250,000 USD for the carrying out 86 projects in all the regions of Romania, for the direct support of 300,000 people.
